1. Overview & General Conditions

• Eligibility: By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the site under the active supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• Service Authority: We reserve the right to refuse service, limit sales, or terminate customer accounts at our sole discretion without prior notice.
• E-Commerce Accuracy: The store and its digital features are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we strive for 100% uptime and technical accuracy, we do not guarantee an uninterrupted or completely error-free browsing experience.

2. High-Risk Equipment & Safety Warnings

• Spinning Propellers: High-RPM brushless motors and mounted propellers can cause severe bodily injury. Never service, wire, solder, or mount hardware on models while propellers are attached.
• Lithium Batteries (LiPo / Li-ion): High-discharge lithium batteries are volatile if charged, stored, or handled improperly, presenting severe risks of combustion, fires, or chemical fumes.
• High Current & Shock Hazards: Power distribution boards, Electronic Speed Controllers (ESCs), and high-KV motors draw extreme electrical currents (often exceeding 30A–100A). Always ensure electrical systems are de-energized before handling. Never short electrical leads or reverse polarity connections.

3. Flight Operations, DGCA Laws & Crash Disclaimers

DroneTribes Aerospace Private Limited acts strictly as an equipment supplier, custom integrator, and component manufacturer.

• User Responsibility: Upon delivery of custom builds or components, the customer assumes full responsibility for operating the UAV safely and complying with all regional and national aviation laws, including Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) regulations.
• Pilot Licensing: We do not verify individual pilot licenses or flight permits. All flights are conducted entirely at the user’s risk.
• No Crash Liability: DroneTribes is not liable for drone crashes, broken airframes, lost hardware, secondary property damage, personal injuries, or administrative legal fines resulting from pilot error, environmental factors, or unauthorized flight operations.
Example: If an electronic speed controller (ESC) fails during flight and results in a crash, DroneTribes’ liability is strictly limited (where eligible under our warranty policy) to the component itself, and not to the airframe, camera payload, or secondary property destroyed.

4. Radio Frequency (RF) & WPC Compliance

The operation of wireless FPV video transmitters (VTX), high-power telemetry radios, and long-range control links in India is governed by local telecommunications laws.

• Licensing & Approvals: Customers are solely responsible for adhering to Wireless Planning & Coordination (WPC) guidelines, Equipment Type Approval (ETA), and acquiring Amateur Radio (HAM) licenses where mandated by law.
• RF Disclaimer: DroneTribes supplies hardware with no explicit guarantee of legal operational frequency compliance in your specific region. You are responsible for configuring transmission frequencies and power outputs within legal boundaries.

5. Pricing, B2B GST Invoicing & Custom Orders

• Inclusive Pricing: All published prices on dronetribes.store are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• B2B GST Input Tax Credit (ITC): Verified corporate buyers must enter their registered business name and valid GSTIN during checkout. As tax filing processes are automated, failure to enter a valid GSTIN at checkout will result in a non-amendable B2C tax receipt without ITC benefits.
• Custom Builds & Advance Payments: Because custom UAV builds, tuned FPV rigs, and specialized integration orders are assembled to individual customer specifications, advance payments and deposit amounts are non-refundable once manufacturing, frame cutting, or component sourcing has commenced.

6. Technical Specifications & Product Descriptions

• Specs vs. Visual Images: Rapid industry changes mean hardware revisions, pinouts, and visual aesthetics may update without prior notice. Written product text descriptions take precedence over product images.
• Pre-Installation Verification: If you receive an item with specifications different from what was ordered, notify customer support prior to soldering, mounting, or applying power. Installed, soldered, or modified hardware cannot be returned as mismatched goods.

7. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DroneTribes Aerospace Private Limited, its directors, officers, engineers, and employees from any legal claims, liabilities, losses, or legal expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of hardware, or violation of any regulatory aviation framework.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India.

In the event of any disagreement or dispute, both parties agree to attempt good-faith informal negotiations for 30 days. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding Arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration and legal jurisdiction shall be strictly located in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India.

9. Digital Agreement (Electronic Records)

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, accessing this website, registering an account, or checking out an order constitutes a legally binding electronic signature. A physical paper signature is not required to enforce these Terms.
